Lectures

The Sullivan Technique of Contemporary Movement ™ or Centerline Energy Work, is a Dance Technique for beginners through professionals, which helps you be a conscious participant in your movement, and allows you to recognize your creative power through active decisions, rather than unconscious habits. The Technique helps you gain, through movement, substantial benefits for your body, mind, energy and health. It is a holistic approach to movement energy, with the core awareness of being an important part of something larger than oneself.
